Number of securities in issue
As at 30 September 2007, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 10,285,590 ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.13 each ("Ordinary Shares"), each share having equal voting rights.

The Company holds 107,828 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of €0.13 each in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 10,393,418.
